Should you require more than 1 (one) of the standard equipment, kindly contact our reservation office. Should you require any additional items e.g. Data projector, P.A. System, rates are available on request. Photocopying, Scanning & printing is available at Reception at an additional cost. Making use of our printer for printing from your disks is subject to availability only.
All equipment belonging to Cradle Moon Lakeside Game lodge may not be removed from the premises.

Kindly Note
tea/coffee will only be served in the tea/coffee allocated times, one in the mid-morning and one in the mid-afternoon. Should you wish to cancel meals, we require one day notice prior to the booked times. There are no soft drinks included in the conference package during the dinner
